Seeks Music

This is our test bed. Prospective DJs start here. This gives all concerned a chance to test the water, but be warned: we can’t absorb every show into our schedule.

It might be over-saturation of a particular type of show , Slightly too specialist a proposal or it could be something else.

To stand a chance of becoming a regular contributor, you’ve got to have a passion, nay compulsion for music. You don’t have to be a great communicator, but you should be able to get across your enthusiasm for what you’re playing – We are more interested in music fanatics, than wannabe DJs.

It’s also worth noting that we are more interested in experiencing new music, or at least music that is new to us, than reliving former glories.

Seeks isn’t a nostalgia station.

First out of The Guest List starting blocks is X-Wide P (aka Phil Hackett). A man on a musical mission, living his life on random shuffle. In a previous life he was the manager of a renowned alternative night-club in Leicester which is where his eclectic musical tastes were honed to a point.
